I’ll work to lower utility and energy bills and push for targeted tax relief for middle and working-class families. I will support policies that maintain a strong Oregon health plan, reduce health care costs broadly, and a social safety net that Oregonians can rely on in a time of need.
Making Childcare More Affordable
Childcare costs rival college tuition for many families. I’ll support expanding childcare assistance programs and incentives that help providers open additional affordable childcare slots.
Strengthening Public Schools
I’ll fight for quality public education. Strong neighborhood schools reduce the need for costly alternatives and help families thrive. Quality means appropriate classroom sizes and support. Robust career-technical programs that prepare students for good local jobs.
Protecting Immigration Rights
Immigrants are valued neighbors who deserve to feel safe as they live, go to work and school, and contribute to our collective future. I will stand up for all immigrants who help build strong communities.
